SPAGHETTI AND MEAT BALLS 
1 (7 oz.) pkg. Skinner long spaghetti
3/4 c. chopped onion
1 clove garlic, minced, or 1/8 tsp. garlic powder
4 tsp. fat
1 lb. ground meat
1 tsp. salt
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce or 2 cans if more sauce is desired
1 or 2 cans water
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp. black pepper
Grated Cheddar or Parmesan cheese

Heat fat in skillet, brown onion and garlic. Add salt to meat, form into small balls and brown in skillet. Add tomato sauce, water, Worcestershire sauce, and pepper. Cover, simmer for 20 to 30 minutes. Cook spaghetti as directed on package. Pour meat balls and sauce over spaghetti. Sprinkle with grated cheese.
