WEEKEND SPECIAL 
1 1/2 lbs. hamburger or ground beef
1 med. onion, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
1 can whole tomatoes
1 can Veg-All
1 can peas (English green peas)
1/2 c. elbow spaghetti
1 (10 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 tsp. chili powder (optional)
Salt and pepper to taste

Brown ground beef, onion and green pepper until tender. While that is simmering, cook the spaghetti according to box directions and set aside. Add all the canned ingredients to the ground beef mixture and heat thoroughly. Transfer this to a casserole dish, add the spaghetti, mix thoroughly. Place this in a 300 degree oven and bake for 1 hour and 30 minutes. Yield: 7 to 8 servings.
