PINEAPPLE CASSEROLE 
1/2 c. sugar
2 rounded tbsp. flour
3 eggs, beaten
1 can crushed pineapple with juice
1/3 c. butter, melted
5 slices bread, trimmed and cubed

Combine sugar, flour, and eggs and mix; add pineapple. Pour mixture into buttered casserole and top with bread cubes. Pour on melted butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-45 minutes or until brown. Serves 8.
