PINEAPPLE CASSEROLE 
1/2 c. sugar
3 tbsp. flour
3 eggs
1 (#2) can crushed pineapple
4 slices, cubed bread
1 stick melted butter

Beat sugar, flour, and eggs with spoon. Add pineapple with juice. Pour into 1 1/2 quarts buttered casserole. Stir melted butter into bread cubes until bread is soaked. Sprinkle bread cubes atop casserole. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
