PINEAPPLE CASSEROLE 
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple (packed in juice)
3 eggs, well beaten
1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp. salt
4 slices bread, cut in cubes
1/2 c. melted butter

Combine the undrained pineapple and the eggs. Mix flour, sugar, and salt; stir into the pineapple mixture. Turn into greased, shallow 1 1/2 quart baking dish. Toss bread cubes in melted butter; spoon over pineapple. Bake in a 350 degree oven 40 to 45 minutes or until done.
