PINEAPPLE CASSEROLE 
1 3/4 c. white sugar
4 c. fresh bread cubes, without crust
1 (size 20) can drained, crushed pineapple
3 eggs, well beaten
1/2 c. cream (milk may be used)
1/2 c. melted butter

Mix dry ingredients with bread cubes. Add beaten eggs, pineapple, cream and melted butter. Bake at 325 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes in a 2 quart casserole dish.
