CHICKEN TETRAZZINI 
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. flour
2 1/2 c. chicken broth
1 1/2 c. milk
1 can mushroom soup
3 tbsp. lemon juice
3 c. diced, cooked chicken
2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 lb. noodles, cooked
Grated cheese

Cook green pepper in butter for 3-4 minutes, or until tender; blend in flour. Stir in broth, milk and soup; cook until thickened, stirring constantly. Add lemon juice, chicken, seasonings and noodles; mix well. Turn into casserole; top with cheese. Bake for 30 minutes in 400 degree oven. Yield: 8 servings.
