CHICKEN OR TURKEY TETRAZZINI 
1 (2 1/2 lb.) chicken or turkey meat
1 qt. broth
1 (12 oz.) pkg. spaghetti
1 lg. onion
1 lb. cheddar cheese
1 lg. green pepper
1 stick butter
1 (2 oz.) can mushrooms
1 can mushroom soup
1 soup can milk
Salt & pepper

Boil chicken or turkey until tender - cool. Remove from bone. Cut in cubes. Cook spaghetti in broth until tender. Saute onion and green pepper in butter. Mix all ingredients together - saving enough cheese for top. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
