Dried apricots
White dipping chocolate

Melt white dipping chocolate in double boiler over hot water. Watch carefully and turn heat down to very low. Keep warm. Using a toothpick dip apricots in melted chocolate and let excess drip off. Lay on wax paper and let set up.
