BEEF PARMIGIANA 
8 oz. wide noodles
1 sm. chopped onion
1 lb. can tomatoes
15 1/2 oz. can spaghetti sauce with mushrooms
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 tsp. dried oregano leaves
1 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
8 oz. grated Mozzarella cheese

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cook noodles according to package. Brown beef and onions. Add tomatoes, spaghetti sauce, oregano, salt and pepper and 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese. Simmer 20 minutes. Place noodles in 9 x 12 inch baking dish. Pour sauce over noodles. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Cover with Mozzarella cheese. Bake uncovered for 20 minutes until golden brown.
