“SWEET CARAMELIZED ONIONS” IS IN:

SWEET CARAMELIZED ONIONS 
1 tablespoon olive oil
4 cups sliced yellow onions (best for caramelizing)
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1/4 cup water
Dash salt

Heat oil in medium skillet over medium-high heat.

Add onions and brown sugar. Cook and stir 10 to 15 minutes or until onions are tender and golden brown.

Stir in water and salt; cook and stir until thoroughly heated.

Serve caramelized onions on grilled burgers or hot dogs.

* Also delicious on steaks or chicken, or atop a bed of creamy mashed potatoes.
