SOUTHERN STYLE CORN PUDDING | |
1 (17 oz.) can cream style or whole kernel corn (yellow corn) 1 egg, beaten 2 or 3 tbsp. sugar 2 tbsp. flour 1 to 2 tsp. vanilla 1/4 to 1/2 c milk Pour corn into mixing bowl. Add beaten egg to corn. Add flour, sugar and vanilla flavoring. Mix well. Add milk to desired thickness. Bake in a slow oven, 325 to 350 degrees for 45 minutes. |
