TAFFY APPLE FRUIT SALAD 
1 can chunk pineapple
2 c. sm. marshmallows
1/2 c. sugar
1 tbsp. flour
1 1/2 c. Planters salted cocktail peanuts
1 egg, well beaten
1 1/2 tbsp. white vinegar
1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
2 c. unpeeled diced apples

Drain pineapple, save juice.

A) Mix pineapple chunks and marshmallows. Refrigerate overnight.

B) Mix pineapple juice, flour, sugar, vinegar and egg. Cook until thick. Refrigerate overnight.

Mix Cool Whip with A and B. Just before serving, add apples and nuts. Mix well.
