2 (8 oz.) pkg. of cream cheese
1 c. of brown sugar
1/2 c. white sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
1 can of mandarin oranges

Cream together softened cream cheese and sugars. Add vanilla.

4 Granny Smith apples
4 Red Delicious apples
2 pears
1 can of pineapple chunks

Cream together softened cream cheese and sugars. Add vanilla. Cut apples and pears into chunks leave peel on. Cut mandarin oranges and add juice from can to creamed mixture. Add pineapple juice if needed.

Add fruit including pineapple chunks to mixture. Toss together. Chill, serve and enjoy.
