TERALI 
5 lbs. Robin Hood flour
1 pt. oil
3 pts. warm water
3 tsp. salt
3 tsp. sugar
Anise seeds to taste
1 lg. yeast

Dissolve yeast in small amount of warm water with 3 teaspoons sugar. Mix all ingredients with yeast. Form dough, knead well. Raise covered until double, push dough down. Raise again, 1 hour. Shape in rope fashion about 2 inches thick. Cut 8 inch length and form Terali. Place on cookie sheets. Raise again, then bake until bottom is slightly brown. Allow to dry. To crisp, store open container.
