ORANGE PINEAPPLE ICE BOX PIE 
CRUST:

1 stick butter, melted
1 c. plain flour
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Mix together and press into 9 inch pie pan. Bake at 300 degrees for 15 minutes. Cool.

FILLING:

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 can Eagle Brand milk
1/2 pt. whipping cream, whipped
1 med. can mandarin oranges
1 med. can crushed pineapple (drained)
1/4 c. lemon juice

Whip cream cheese until fluffy. Add Eagle Brand milk and lemon juice. Mix well. Slowly fold in whipped cream. Add fruit. Fill pie shell. Refrigerate overnight.

Makes two pies.
