CARROT AND CHEESE COOKIES | |
1 beaten egg 1 1/2 c. quick cooking oats 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese (4 oz.) 1 c. shredded carrots 3/4 c. all-purpose flour 2/3 c. butter, softened 1/2 c. packed brown sugar 1 tsp. ground cinnamon 1 tsp. vanilla 1/4 tsp. baking soda 1/4 tsp. ground cloves In a large mixing bowl, stir together egg, oats, cheese, carrots, flour, butter, brown sugar, cinnamon, vanilla, baking soda, and cloves. Drop from a teaspoon 2 inches apart on a greased cookie sheet. Flatten slightly. Bake at 375 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes. Approximately 40 cookies. |
