FISH BATTER 
3/4 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/4 c. cornstarch
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1 egg
3/4 c. water

Beat eggs in water, add to dry ingredients. Dip and shake. Fry fish for 5 to 6 minutes.
