CHOCO - BANANA POPS 
1 (6 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate pieces
6 firm ripe bananas
12 wooden skewers (leftover pop sticks)

Melt semi-sweet chocolate pieces in top of double boiler. Remove from heat but keep hot over hot water. Peel bananas and cut in half (crosswise) and insert a stick in each. Dip each half in melted chocolate and place in single layer in a chilled buttered shallow pan. Freeze 2-3 hours or until firm. May also roll chocolate dipped banana into favorite dry cereal or nuts before freezing.
