PISTACHIO OR BANANA DESSERT 
CRUST:

60 crushed Ritz crackers (2 pkgs.)
1 stick butter

FILLING:

3 pkgs. instant pistachio pudding or banana pudding
2 1/2 c. cold milk
1/2 gallon softened vanilla ice cream
Cool Whip

Mix crackers and butter. Put into 9"x13" pan or 2 (9"x9") pans. Freeze crust while making filling.

Combine pudding and milk. Blend well and then add ice cream that was softened. Mix with a mixer and pour onto crust. Freeze. Spread Cool Whip onto mixture and serve.
