3 c. flour
1 1/3 c. shortening

Work flour and shortening together until loose. Add 1 egg and 1 tablespoon of vinegar. Continue working dough add a pinch of salt and 1/3 cup of water.

Makes 3 pie crusts. Top and bottom.
