PIE DOUGH YOU CAN FREEZE 
Combine:

4 cups flour
1 3/4 cup Crisco shortening

Mix together:

1 tablespoon sugar
2 teaspoons salt

Add:

1/2 cup ice water
1 teaspoon vinegar
1 egg

Beat this together and add to flour mixture. Mix until ingredients are moist.

Divide dough into 5 balls. Wrap each in waxed paper and put into plastic bag to freeze.

Allow at least 1/2 hour before rolling. It will keep in refrigerator several days or can be frozen. Note: The vinegar may be replaced by lemon juice.

I suggest you roll before freezing. Thaws very quickly that way and pretty much ready to make pies.

This was so easy! I basically went in order, used my mixer with the dough hook, and it was perfect. So much better, and cheaper, than using store-bought dough.
