FRIED PIE DOUGH 
2 eggs
1 lg. can evaporated milk
1/2 c. Crisco shortening
1 pkg. yeast, dissolved in 1/4 c. warm water
1 tsp. salt
1 c. sugar
About 5 1/2 c. all-purpose flour

Heat milk to very hot, but do not boil. Add shortening, sugar and salt. Cool. In a large bowl, dissolve yeast in warm water. Add cooled milk mixture and eggs; beat well. Add flour, one cup at a time, beating well after each. Put dough into a large greased bowl. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
