POT PIE DOUGH 
"Lite":

2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
2 tbsp. butter
1 egg
1/3 c. milk

"Heavy":

2 c. flour
3 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. salt
1 egg
1/4 to 1/2 c. milk

Cut butter into dry ingredients. Stir in beaten egg and milk.
