CHICKEN POT PIE DOUGH 
Chicken
Water to cover chicken
1 carrot
1 lg. onion
Any flavorings your family likes
2 c. flour
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
4-6 tbsp. water

Place flour in bowl. Make a well and add eggs, water, salt. Work eggs in flour; knead 5 minutes. Let the dough rest for 30 minutes. Cut in half and roll each one into a 10-inch square. Cut into 1-inch squares and drop in chicken soup. Cook about 15 minutes.
