POT PIE DOUGH 
2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. butter
1 egg, beaten plus enough water to make 3/4 cup

Combine all ingredients, mixing well. Roll thin and cut into small pieces. Drop in pot of boiling chicken broth, one piece at a time (drop in where the bubbles are). Stir occasionally. Simmer until mealtime about 1/2 hour.
