PIZZA PIE AND DOUGH 
2 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp. sugar
Dash of salt
1 pkg. dry yeast
2/3 c. warm water (just a tad less makes the dough less sticky)

TOPPINGS:

Tomato sauce
Ground red pepper (sprinkle lightly or it will be too hot)
Oregano
Grated Parmesan cheese
Mozzarella cheese, approx. 1 c.
Favorite meat topping

In a small mixing bowl dissolve yeast in warm water. Add flour mixture to the liquid. Mix and knead until smooth. Place back into bowl and cover with a cloth and let set in a warm place for 15 minutes.

Grease 2 pizza pans with Crisco shortening. Divide dough in half to make two 12 inch pizzas. Smooth dough out in the pizza pans and add the toppings in the order they are written. Bake in a hot oven at 500 degrees for about 12-15 minutes or until crust is golden brown on the bottom.
