BAKED PINEAPPLE 
1 can crushed pineapple (20 oz.)
1 beaten egg
2-3 tbsp. sugar
3-4 tbsp. butter
1 beaten egg
1 tsp. vanilla
4 slices white bread (cubed into croutons)

Mix pineapple, egg, sugar, and vanilla; put into lightly greased casserole dish. Melt butter in skillet; brown bread cubes and put on top of pineapple mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Serve hot.
