SAUSAGE SPAGHETTI SAUCE 
1 lb. whole hog sausage
1 lb. ground chuck
8 med. Roma tomatoes (ripe)
1 pt. fresh mushrooms
4 cloves fresh garlic
1 white onion

Fry chuck and sausage with diced onion, mushrooms and garlic in large skillet. Add oregano, sage, basil and salt to taste. Drain fat.

Place peeled tomatoes in blender until they make a thick sauce. Mix tomato base in meat mixture in large pot. Add 1 tablespoon sugar at a time to taste. Let simmer minimum of 4 hours.
