CHICKEN A'LA ORANGE 
1 c. orange juice
1/2 c. chili sauce
1/4 c. green pepper, chopped
1/2-1 tsp. garlic salt
1 tbsp. molasses
1 tsp. mustard
2 tbsp. soy sauce
4 chicken breasts, boneless and skinless

Fry chicken until brown and remove to casserole dish. Mix remaining ingredients and pour into skillet. Simmer 2-3 minutes. Pour sauce over chicken in casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 50-60 minutes. Serve with rice.
