LEMON GARLIC CHICKEN 
About 3-4 c. cooked, chopped chicken
6 cloves garlic, crushed
1/4 tsp. fresh ground black pepper
1/3 to 1/2 scant c. fresh squeezed lemon juice
3 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. molasses
1 c. chicken stock
4 c. hot cooked rice
1/2 c. fresh parsley

Combine all ingredients except rice and parsley in saucepan. Marinate for 15 minutes. Heat over low/medium heat for 15-20 minutes until stew is desired consistency to serve over rice. Adjust salt to taste. Serve over hot rice. Sprinkle with fresh parsley. Serves 4-6.
