BLUEBERRY BREAD 
3 c. plain flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. sugar
3 eggs, beaten
1 c. oil
2 pt. fresh blueberries
2 c. chopped pecans

Mix with a wooden spoon. Mix dry ingredients. Add eggs and oil and then add blueberries. Pour into 2 greased loaf pans.

Bake at 325°F for 1 1/2 hours.
