ROQUEFORD SALAD DRESSING 
1/2 tsp. sugar
1 c. & 1 tbsp. mayonnaise
4 oz. Pet evaporated milk
1/4 tsp. celery salt
3 oz. Roqueford (blue) cheese, crumbled
1 sm. clove garlic

Mix with electric mixer and store in refrigerator. Makes 1 pint.
