HAM 'N' CHIPS 
1/2 lb. ham, cut in strips 1" x 1/2"
1/4 c. Wesson oil
2 lbs. potatoes, sliced 1/8" thick
Salt and pepper
1 green pepper, cut in squares

Brown ham and remove from skillet. Add Wesson oil and potatoes; cook over low heat about 10 minutes, turning occasionally. Season; add ham and green pepper. Cover and cook 10 to 15 minutes longer.
