COUNTRY HAM CHIPS | |
16 pieces thinly sliced country ham (1-1 1/2 lbs.) Vegetable oil Remove any fat from ham, cut into 1 1/2 inch strips. Pour oil to depth of 3 inches into Dutch oven. Heat to 375 degrees. Fry ham strips until crisp. Drain on paper towels and serve immediately. Yield: 8 side dish servings. |
