COUNTRY HAM | |
Clean the ham by wiping the surface with a vinegar saturated cloth. Soak overnight in water to release the high salt content from the curing. Place ham in a baking pan that is lined with ample heavy duty foil. Pour either a Coke or a can of ginger ale over the meat. Pull up the foil and tightly seal the ham with the soda inside. Bake in a 350 degree oven for the time in proportion to the weight of the ham. |
