KING RANCH CASSEROLE 
4-6 chicken breasts
2 (10 oz. ea.) cans Rotel tomatoes (mild or spicy - your choice)
2 (10 oz. ea.) cans cream of chicken soup
1 (16 oz.) bag shredded mixed cheese (I use Mexican "fiesta" blend)
1 large bag Doritos nacho chips, crushed

First boil your chicken in a pot until done. When chicken is done shred into little pieces.

Then mix Rotel and cream of chicken soups in a bowl. Crush the chips into small pieces.

Layer by layer, starting with Rotel, then chips, then chicken, then cheese. Layer like that. When done you should finish with the top being chicken, the mix, nachos and last cheese.

Bake at 350°F for 20 to 30 minutes. Use cake pan or casserole dish if handy. Let cool then serve!

Variation: To add a little more taste it is good topped with picante or any spicy sauce.
