4 cups sugar
4 tbsp. (1/2 stick) butter
1 (12 oz.) can evaporated milk
3 (6 oz. ea.) pkgs. chocolate chips
1 (7 oz.) jar marshmallow creme (Kraft)
chopped nuts
candied cherries

Combine sugar, butter and milk; bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring gently. Boil for 5 minutes.

Add chocolate chips, marshmallow creme, nuts and cherries; stir until thoroughly blended.

Pour into two large pans; refrigerate overnight.
