SOUR CREAM COFFEECAKE 
1/2 c. butter
3/4 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 pt. sour cream

Cream together butter and sugar. Add eggs, one at a time, beating after each. Add vanilla. Sift together flour, soda, baking powder. Add flour mixture to other ingredients alternately with sour cream.

TOPPING:

6 tbsp. butter
1 c. brown sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. nuts (pecans)

Mix butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon with a fork. Add nuts. Add half of batter to greased 9x9 inch square pan. Top with half of topping mixture; repeat. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
