ITALIAN COOKIES 
6 eggs
1 1/2 c. sugar
3/4 c. oil
6 c. all-purpose flour
6 level tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. oil of anise
3/4 c. evaporated milk

Beat eggs and set aside. Then beat the sugar and oil together; add the eggs and mix well. Then add the remaining ingredients.

Bake on lightly greased pan at 325°F. Frost with vanilla frosting when cool.
