ITALIAN COOKIES 
6 c. flour
6 eggs
1 c. oil
1 c. sugar
6 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. vanilla

Measure flour and baking powder. Beat eggs until blended. Add sugar. Add oil and vanilla. Add flour mixture. Mix into a ball. Roll cookies into 2 inch balls. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Frost immediately.

FROSTING FOR ITALIAN COOKIES:

2 c. confectioners' sugar
1 tbsp. butter, melted
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 c. milk

Mix sugar, milk, melted butter, salt and vanilla until smooth paste. Put on top of Italian cookies.
