SHRIMP DIP 
1/2 glass garlic cheese (thin with milk)
1/2 pt. cottage cheese
1 tbsp. mayonnaise
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese

Combine the above ingredients (which are at room temperature) in a blender until smooth. Add milk as necessary and scrape sides of bowl occasionally.

Gently stir in (do not use blender) : Green onion tops, diced (whatever amount desired) Finely chopped pimento (whatever amount desired, for color)

Let stand in refrigerator a couple hours before serving.

May use an electric beater, but dip is not quite as smooth.
