ARTICHOKE/HEARTS OF PALM 
1 jar marinated artichoke hearts
1 jar roasted peppers, sliced
1 can pitted black olives, drained
1 can hearts of palm, diced

In medium size serving dish, pour in artichoke hearts with oil it's packed in. Sliced roasted pepper in strips add to artichoke. Add olives and hearts of palm (in 1 inch pieces). Stir. Refrigerate for 1 hour before serving. If needed add oil and vinegar.
