CREAMED CHIPPED BEEF 
3 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. onion, chopped
1 tsp. minced celery
1 (8 oz.) jar dried chipped beef
3 1/2 tbsp. flour
2 c. milk

Saute celery and onion in butter. Over low heat, add flour, cook, while stirring, for a couple minutes to cook out floury taste, then add cold milk. Stir until thickened. Add beef. Serve over toast. A great breakfast treat!
