CREAMED CHIPPED BEEF 
1/2 stick butter, melted
3 (3 oz.) pkg. chipped beef
3 tbsp. flour
2 c. milk
American cheese slices

Cut up beef and frizzle in melted butter. Sprinkle flour over beef and stir. Add milk and stir until thickened. Top with American cheese slices; melt and stir. Serve on toast or baked potatoes. Serves 4.
