CREAMED CHIPPED BEEF 
1/3 c. shortening
3/4 c. flour
1 can evaporated milk
1 can water
1 sm. jar chipped beef, chopped

Melt shortening in heavy skillet. Add beef and heat. Add flour and brown; stir and keep mixture smooth. Add milk and water slowly beating with wire whisk. Cook until gravy its fairly thick. Serve over toast points.
