This is my favorite recipe for mac and cheese. The Cheese Nips give it a wonderful flavor and is very easy to make. It is great for potluck or bring to passing dish dinners. 2 boxes original Kraft Macaroni and Cheese dinners 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese 1 cup dairy sour cream 2 cups Ritz Cheese Nips (or Cheez-Its), crunched Prepare macaroni dinners to package directions (except put about half of the milk it calls for in, because you will be adding sour cream). Add shredded cheese first (so it can melt), then the sour cream, and finally crunch half of the Cheese Nips up and mix them in. Add the remaining Cheese Nips (crunched) on top for a crunchy topping.
