24 chicken wings, cut into sections, discard tips 1/4 cup FRANK'S® original Red Hot hot sauce oil, for deep frying Par fry wings in deep fryer at 400°F so they are 3/4 cooked, pull from fryer and let cool while fryer reheats to 400°F. Sauce wings lightly with about 1/4 cup Franks Red Hot hot sauce. Then replace in fryer until fully cooked. Allow wings to cool for about 10 minutes. ALFREDO WING SAUCE: 1/4 cup FRANK'S® original Red Hot hot sauce 4 tbsp. (1/2 stick) butter 1/2 cup Alfredo sauce (I use Buitoni brand pasta sauce) 1/4 cup Kraft grated Parmesan cheese During the 10 minutes, heat hot sauce and butter together to mix while simultaneously heating Alfredo and Parmesan cheese to mix. Simmer both sauces. After heating the two sauces, mix together and dip the wings in to cover. Serve with sliced celery and carrots and use leftover sauce mix for dipping! Submitted by: Ken Woodward |
