MALCOLM'S HOT WINGS 
Named for the guy who came up with the recipe.

family pack chicken wings
Chef Paul's "Poultry magic"
1 lb. tub "I Can't Believe It's Not Butter"
hot sauce ("Crystal")
vegetable oil, for frying

Rinse and cut wings into pieces discarding tips. Pat dry.

Heat 10-inch oil in fry pan. Dredge dry wing pieces through Poultry Magic, coating thoroughly. Fry chicken and place in deep glass baking pan. Melt butter and add hot sauce to taste. Pour sauce over chicken and cover with tin foil.

Bake at 350°F for 15 to 20 minutes. Remove and enjoy!

NOTE: Bleu cheese or ranch dressing and celery not required.
