FIVE CUP SNACK MIX 
1 c. shredded coconut
1 c. roasted peanuts
1 c. roasted cashews
1 c. sunflower seeds
1 c. raisins

Place coconut in shallow pan. Bake in 350 degree oven until toasted, about 15 minutes. Stir occasionally. Combine with remaining ingredients.
